Reddot Life Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the Angrez mobile application and the website angrez.in (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

• Account information: mobile number, name, and OTP verification status used to create and secure your account.
• Usage data: lesson progress, speech practice attempts, streaks, wallet/referral activity, and app interaction data needed to personalize your learning journey.
• Voice data: audio recorded during speaking exercises, processed to assess pronunciation and provide feedback. Voice recordings are used solely for learning assessment and are not sold to third parties.
• Payment information: when you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our payment partner (Cashfree/PayU). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Device information: device type, OS version, and crash logs to maintain app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Angrez learning experience.
• To verify your identity via OTP and secure your account.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service-related communications (lesson reminders, OTP, payment receipts).
• To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve lesson content.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment gateway partners (Cashfree/PayU) strictly to process transactions.
• SMS/OTP providers (Exotel) strictly to deliver verification codes.
• Cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Railway) who host our backend under contractual confidentiality.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when legally required.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to us (see Contact below).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted storage of credentials, secure token-based authentication, and access-controlled databases to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

Angrez is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
