These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Angrez mobile application and the website angrez.in, operated by Reddot Life Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Angrez. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You register using your mobile number and an OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Angrez offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (trial, monthly, yearly) as displayed in the app and on our website.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners (Cashfree/PayU). We do not store your payment card or banking details.
• Subscription prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase; where auto-renewal applies, you will be notified in advance.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer the app, use the Service for unlawful purposes, or abuse referral/wallet features through fraudulent activity. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All lesson content, audio, branding, and app design are the intellectual property of Reddot Life Private Limited. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

7. Voice Data & Learning Assessment

By using speaking exercises, you consent to your voice being recorded and processed for the purpose of pronunciation assessment and feedback, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reddot Life Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
